Ivan Mladenov is a Professor (Ph.D.and D.sc.) at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. His chief topic of interest is the philosophy of Charles S. Peirce, on which he wrote a book (published by Routledge, London, 2006) and defended a second Doctorate (D.sc.). His main publications embrace a vast spectrum of research, such as semiotics, psychology, literary theory and the philosophy of science.
